Description

I’m a Cambridge based Artist and published children’s book author/Illustrator. I take private and commercial commissions. Primarily seeing myself as a draftsman and painter, my work is mainly figurative utilising a variety of mediums and techniques. In my work I aim to create atmosphere and narrative, taking inspiration from my surroundings, retro cartoons and comics. Previous commissions have included CD covers, information posters, educational materials, greetings cards, caricatures and Storyboard/character design. Clients have included; Fair Trade, Cambridge University, Little Tiger Press, Children’s World Conference, NSAD Alumni magazine, Doubtful Guest. In addition I have also exhibited paintings in a number of solo and group shows.
